Returns Policy

Return orders must be received within 30 days from the purchase date. Please contact the returns department at 1-800-887-6949 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). The RMA number must appear on the outside of the returned package or the package will be refused. The returns department will provide full details of the return policies and procedures.

Shipping Rates

Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail.

Delivery Time

Arrival of your order depends on several factors that include your geographic location. Generally, we fill your order within 1-2 business days. USPS Priority Mail service offers two- to three-day service to most domestic destinations.

Shipping Restrictions

Domestic orders are limited to destinations in the United States and Puerto Rico. Please select Express Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska as there is no Ground service available to these states. We are unable to deliver packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, please provide a street address.
